Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League Announces Digital and Blu-ray Release for 2025, Gets New Trailer
Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League anime movie has announced a digital & Blu-ray release for 2025, along with revealing a new trailer and cast members. Studio Kamikaze Douga is in charge of the animation, and the movie is a sequel to the Batman Ninja (2018) anime movie.
The new trailer shows countless yakuza raining down on Gotham, followed by the sudden appearance of the Japanese archipelago in the sky. As Batman and his allies fight the yakuza, they are confronted by the yakuza versions of Green Lantern, Aquaman, and Flash.
New cast members featured in the trailer include:
- Ayane Sakura as Green Lantern
- Akio Otsuka as Aquaman
- Nobuyuki Hiyama as The Flash
- Romi Park as Wonder Woman
- Kazuhiro Yamaji as Ra's al Ghul
The film is directed by Jumpei Mizusaki and Shinji Takagi, with screenplay by Kazuki Nakashima, character design by Takashi Okazaki, and music composed by Yugo Kanno. Kamikaze Douga is credited for the animation, while Warner Bros. Japan is credited for the production of the movie.
Several character visuals were previously revealed, along with the main visual for the anime.
