Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest Reveals New Visual and Main Trailer, New Theme Songs From Episode 14
Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest anime has revealed a new visual and main trailer, as well as the new opening and ending theme songs. They will be used from Episode 14, which will premiere this Sunday on October 13. Studio J.C. Staff is animating, with Shinji Ishihara as the chief director and Toshinori Watanabe as the director.
The new opening theme song is “Endless Happy-Ending” by THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE, while the new ending song is “ties” by Emi Noda. You can hear the new opening in the trailer below.
A new key visual was also revealed.
The first opening and ending song were previously revealed and the theme songs are “Story” by Da-iCE (opening) and “Goodbye, my friend” by Boku ga Mitakatta Aozora (ending).
Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest is the direct sequel to the original Fairy Tail manga, and it is also written by Hiro Mashima and illustrated by Atsuo Ueda. The series began serialization in Magazine Pocket in 2018 and has published 18 volumes as of August 2024. Kodansha US licensed the manga in English, while Crunchyroll is streaming the anime.
The story of Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest takes place after the events with Acnologia and Zeref. Natsu, Lucy, Gray, Happy, Erza, and Wendy embark on the ‘100 Years Quest,’ a quest that no one has been able to complete for over a century. The quest involves subduing 5 of the strongest dragons in the world, and this means a whole new entire for the guild.
