One Piece Live-Action Reveals Robin and Crocodile Cast
ONE PIECE live-action Season 2 has cast Joe Manganiello as Crocodile and Lera Abova as Robin (Mr. 0 and Miss All Sunday respectively). These are among the last major reveals reveals for the upcoming season, with fans still expecting news on Chopper and Ace. Previously, the cast for doctors Kureha and Hiriluk, King Cobra Nefertari and Vivi Nefertari were revealed.
Joe Manganiello is an American actor best known for voicing the werewolf Alcide Herveaux in True Blood. Lera Abova is a Russian actress and model, who played Thea in Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin.
The live-action series has Matt Owens (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Luke Cage) and Steven Maeda (The X-Files, CSI: Miami, Lost) serving as writers, executive producers, and showrunners. The creator, Eiichiro Oda, is also among the show’s executive producers.

The first season made its debut on August 31, and it topped Netflix’s global English TV Ranking with 18.5 million total views, 140.1 million hours viewed and an average runtime of 7:34 hours. It kept its top spot in the 2nd week as well, marking a huge success for the adaptation. The producers previously said that the sequel’s production could last between 12 to 18 months after the SAG-AFTRA strike ended. The strike ended on November 9, 2023.
The ONE PIECE manga is written and drawn by Eiichiro Oda. VIZ Media licensed it in English, while Crunchyroll and Netflix stream the anime. They describe the story:
